Ellie Zarnegar, a Physician Assistant, holds a Doctor of Medical Sciences (DMSc) degree with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Lynchburg. She graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey/Seton Hall University as a physician assistant in 2003. Elham Zarnegar obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Georgia (UGA) and worked as a research specialist for the Department of Veterans Affairs at Emory University. Before immigrating from Iran, she served in rural hospitals after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing-Midwifery at Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
Ms. Zarnegar is an advanced practice provider with extensive experience as a physician assistant in general surgery, emergency medicine, urgent care, and family practice. She has worked in hospital and outpatient settings, but her true passion lies in aesthetic medicine. Her precision and unique approach to using neuromodulators and dermal fillers in new and innovative ways have given her a reputation as a master injector throughout California. She is also an advanced aesthetic laser expert trained to use several laser applications for skin resurfacing, stretch marks, hyperpigmentation, and tattoos. PA Ellie is passionate about giving the best results for her patients by incorporating a healthy lifestyle with the best methods and techniques in CoolSculpting.

Abishai Rumano, M.D., FAAFP

Dr. Rumano is a board-certified family medicine professional and a distinguished American Academy of Family Physicians member.
Dr. Rumano obtained his degree from the University of Colorado in 1981 and finished his residency at the University of California Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. For over 30 years, he has been practicing in California’s Central Valley and Napa County. Dr. Rumano holds advanced training in various laser techniques, neuromodulator and dermal filler injections, and non-surgical body sculpting.
Dr. Rumano has been honored with several professional awards, one of which is a nomination for the Values in Action award with St. Joseph Medical Center. Kayla Walters, CCMA
Kayla Walters is a California-certified medical assistant who received her medical assistant credential from Carrington College. From a young age, Kayla has had a passion for working in the medical industry, which led her to pursue a career in this field.
Her long-term goal is to become a registered nurse and aesthetic injector, and she is currently working in our office while attending a neighboring community college to pursue this objective.
Kayla handles patient scheduling, paperwork, follow-ups and assists during aesthetic treatments.
